Irene at Lady Victoria Designs is great. I highly recommend I wish I could give her 10 stars as 5 are not enough. Quick responses from initial consultation (we know service providers take their time to get back to inquiries). She kept on following up and made provision for any changes even 2 days to the event and had no attitude. What I really like is she delivers Visions (show her your inspiration and she will deliver). Irene doesn’t SELL decor. Some vendors sell chairs, plates bluh bluh bluh before you know it you have lost your vision as it gets pricey breaking down things. Eric and I were married March 17, 2023 and when I tell you Irene is AMAZING! We are forever grateful for the incredible job her and her team did in decorating our wedding. I found Lady Victoria on Instagram. It was a huge relief to find someone that could relate with your ideas, offer suggestions/referrals to other vendors you would be needing on your big day. Irene was a Godsend!! I had a long list of decor vendors I was considering hiring for my wedding. Irene was the first of the decor vendors I connected with. I remember the conversation like it was yesterday. She was so sweet, kind, and very understanding. I didn’t want to completely transform the reception venue, simply just elevate it. On my wedding day, all you needed to do was walk into the hall and you'd say, this is really Nyleen! I can brag about her all day. Please meet my sister from OLA, Irene, the owner of Lady Victoria. Mothers always dream that their daughter's day is something out of a fairytale. God knew my heart and he sent Ms. Irene to give me everything I have ever dreamed for my daughter. My husband and I contacted Lady Victoria Design for our wedding decorations, and that was one of the best decisions we made concerning our big day. She was very attentive to every detail we told her, kind, friendly, responsive and reliable. I would easily say she was the best vendor and most easy going of all the people we contracted for our wedding. We weren't quite sure of how to merge both my favorite color and that of my husband's, and she was able to uniquely blend both our colors into the decorations, and the contrast was amazing. Her color scheme was perfect and every piece of decor complimented one another, from the florals, candles and crystals to the heavenly looking sweetheart table and the drapes. My experience with Lady Victoria was remarkable. As a bride, I had a vision in my head for what I wanted, and naturally I was nervous to trust someone else completely to carry out my vision. But from the first consultation with Lady Victoria, I knew I would not have to worry. She listened well to the ideas I had and never once made it seem like what I wanted was impossible. I started planning my small COVID wedding about two months before my wedding date. The short planning was due to the fact that we had to scrap our original wedding plans. At the four week mark I had everything booked except a decorator. I called many decorators and the prices just didn't fit within our budget. When I called Irene, I immediately developed a liking for her. I felt like she really cared about my day and what was important to me. However at the time she quoted a similar price as other vendors and we did not have the budget. After finding some room in our budget, I officially booked Irene. At this point there were only three weeks left to the wedding. On my initial call to Irene she asked me what I had in mind. I told her my wedding colors and that I wanted classy, elegant, simple decor. I also sent her about four inspiration photos. That's it. After seeing Irene's work I trusted her to execute and did not provide any more guidance or details. Irene went above and beyond for the wedding. First she provided all the decor for our ceremony free of charge because she wanted my day to be what I envisioned. Then she worked with our venue to allow us to have our ceremony in a separate room than our reception. When we asked for this while negotiating with the venue, they informed us it would cost $1,700. I still don't know what she said to them, but it made the flow of the day more seamless. The reception was beautiful. The best part was she took my very limited decor description and nailed it. So many guests approached me later about how classy and elegant the wedding was, the two words I told Irene I wanted. She nailed it, with only three weeks to get it all done. Irene was very sweet and surprised my husband and me with fog during our first dance, which was magical. I could not have had a better experience with a decorator. When Irene and I first met she had this spark of magic about her. I happened to mention that I was newly engaged and was beginning the planning process for my upcoming wedding. I was in tears of joy. When we walked into the barn for the first look, every detail and every vision was absolutely remarkable. Irene paid attention to everything we wanted and it felt like a dream come true. She took our rustic theme and made it just that, with a touch of elegance incorporated. She and her staff came with superb customer service and support for our big day, which made us feel like family. It's almost been one week from our wedding and we are still on cloud nine. We keep watching videos, smiling, getting calls from family and friends about how beautiful everything was, and they keep saying the decor was phenomenal. I started my wedding planning by looking for a decorator on Instagram, and I found Lady Victoria Designs among many others. I instantly fell in love with the elegance and classic style of her decor, plus I love crystals. When I first talked to Lady Victoria, I just loved her professionalism and her willingness to help and work with my budget. I can honestly say that Lady Victoria's design, decor, and rentals helped produce the wedding of our dreams. We booked Lady Victoria just a few weeks before our wedding, and she immediately began her prep. Once we made our deposit, I gave Lady Victoria our vision, luxury, blush, cream, and gold opulence, and she delivered. Everyone up to this day continues to talk about our gorgeous huge centerpieces. The linens and chairs on our estate tables matched our vision perfectly. She pulled off our color scheme excellently. I gave LVD a hall and tables, and every other thing came from her, from chairs to tablecloths to the cake table. When I say everything came from her, I mean everything came from her, and everything was perfect. There is something incredible about Irene.
