Irene at Lady Victoria Designs is great. I highly recommend I wish I could give her 10 stars as 5 are not enough. Quick responses from initial consultation (we know service providers take their time to get back to inquiries). She kept on following up and made provision for any changes even 2 days to the event and had no attitude. What I really like is she delivers Visions (show her your inspiration and she will deliver). Irene doesn’t SELL decor. Some vendors sell chairs, plates bluh bluh bluh before you know it you have lost your vision as it gets pricey breaking down things. Irene went over and beyond not to mention she drove to the site days prior without me mentioning that told me a lot about her dedication to her service. Can’t say enough 🙏 we got lucky

Eric and I were married March 17, 2023 and when I tell you Irene is AMAZING! We are forever grateful for the incredible job her and her team did in decorating our wedding. From the first meeting I knew we were in good hands. With a million other things on our "to do" list this was one thing I knew I didn't have to worry about. She was patient, always available when we had questions and she took the time to get to know me and my husband, and to understand our vision. And boy did she execute!! When we walked in the room for our first look all I could think was "OMG you did this?!" and I kept hugging her. It was exactly what we wanted and more. As the first ever baby shower that Lady Victoria Designs has done, I can say they are the best out there. I started communicating with Irene and there was an instant connection. Let me start by saying that I planned my wedding in 5 months. Imagine my stress when I contacted vendors only to hear them say they were booked and unavailable. Then I stumbled across an angel. This angel contacted me within a day of inquiring on their website and told me she was available! She asked me all about my dreams and vision for my wedding. Mind you!! I found Lady Victoria on Instagram. It was a huge relief to find someone that could relate with your ideas, offer suggestions/referrals to other vendors you would be needing on your big day. I had no clue of how tasky and exhausting the whole wedding process was but, through it all, Lady Victoria worked with us. Co-ordination and logistics were handled by her company as well. It did rain on our wedding day, but the event was very nice and well put together. Lady Victoria is very friendly, reliable, accessible. I could text/call her anytime without issues. Irene was a Godsend!! I had a long list of decor vendors I was considering hiring for my wedding. Irene was the first of the decor vendors I connected with. I remember the conversation like it was yesterday. She was so sweet, kind, and very understanding. I didn’t want to completely transform the reception venue, simply just elevate it. That initial conversation was all I needed to move forward with her. The vibes were unmatched. She was so warm, positive, and most importantly, reassuring. From that moment it was nonstop. We met pretty often and she helped me with other aspects of my wedding… which was not in her formal description. She was my part planner, coordinator, counselor. Irene wore many hats!! I think what surprised me the most was she was so busy with an event every weekend, but she NEVER made me feel like I was bothering her with my many, many questions. She also made me feel like my wedding was the only thing on her calendar which we know isn’t true because Irene is booked and busy. Fast forward to my actual wedding day.
